JULIEN BISMUTH, 11.04.20:

"Our time specializes in creating absences: from the sense of living in community, to one's own sense of the experience of life. This generates a great intolerance towards those who are still capable of experiencing the pleasure of being alive, of dancing, singing. And there are plenty of small constellations of people spread throughout the world who still dance, sing, and make rain. The type of zombie humanity that we are being asked to integrate cannot tolerate such pleasure, such a fruition of life. As such, they preach the end of the world as a way of making us give up our own dreams. And my call for postponing the end of the world is simply to be able to tell one more story. If we can do this, we can delay the end of the world."
